The staff here are excellent and respond quickly, the family room has an exceptionally comfortable bed with amenities like an iron, tea/coffee making facilities, and a TV.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, everything was nice. Enjoyed the way my king room with a balcony was. The venue was in a central location so close to the mountain, the Old Lolly shop, and Queensland. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

We had a very good time. The hotel was lovely and incredibly friendly with nice location really close to restaurant and nursery, Wauchope, and shops and extended family members living in Wauchope. The room was renovated & clean and available with lovely big extremely comfortable bed and the bathroom, as for instance. The place had a family atmosphere.

We had a pleasant weekend with enormous breakfast. The service was friendly with an easy check-in.

I just stayed at a lovely spot right by Timber Town! The breakfast was the highlight—best French toast ever! I’d DEFINITELY choose it again, though the rooms are a bit worn.

The place was super clean, and we loved chilling by the pool and hitting up the local arcade. Seriously, Bago Tavern was just a quick walk away for epic food and fun! Plus, the rooms were so comfy, we felt right at home! One thing tho, I wish they had a killer party lounge or something for young folks!

We stayed at this 4-star hotel for a few days and were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice sitting area and a dining table. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the beautiful garden furniture outside. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a minor issue with the self-service check-in, but the owner was quick to assist us remotely. The dining room was not open during our stay, but this did not affect our overall experience.
